Madison Bride Cooperative, Inc. (MBCI) is a non-profit corporation consisting of the premier wedding vendors in the Madison area.  MBCI is managed by a five member Board of Directors consisting of the following people:

BECOMING A MEMBER

To become a Member,  you must have a business or do the majority of your business in Madison.  You must be a reputable business in the Wedding Industry, in good standing with the community and without "controversy", whether it be legal or tax related.  You must have a signed Code of Ethics form and contract for your first year of Membership.  All Memberships expire on December 31st of each year and begin on the first day of the upcoming month from when you sign your contract.  Membership fees are $50 per month for the remainder of the current year and must be paid in full when contract is signed.

MEMBER ADVANTAGES

The Madison Bride Cooperative, Inc. is a legal entity that is set up to Advertise for local businesses in the Wedding Industry.  It is the mission of Madison Bride to offer the community a source for reputable businesses while planning their weddings.  100% of Membership fees is used to advertise the Madison Bride web site (http://www.madisonbride.com) and no amount of money is paid to our Board of Directors at any time.  Madison Bride may occasionally have functions for it's Members to get input that will help us grow but focuses mainly on  advertising for those Members. 

WHY JOIN?

As a Member,  you become a part of one of the area's greatest referral networks and are listed as one of the "Elite" in the wedding industry.  You will be able to reach more people with your advertising dollars because we pool our money together to get better rates and advertise using media sources that otherwise would not be economically possible for most smaller businesses.  It is up to you, as a Member to make sure you have the photos and the best write-up possible on the website to ensure that people want to contact you.  You will have access to the traffic stats for the entire website and for your portion of the site.  The number of vendors in your category will never exceed 6, so you are competeing with far less businesses than you would on other websites,  in phone books or in most other forms of media.  Please contact one of the Board Members above to become a Member.  It is possible to be rejected if the Board Members cannot verify your business as a reputable business in the Madison area. If you are not accepted,  we will work with you to verify that you have a legal business (pay taxes as a business), have worked with some of our current Members and are reputable.
