Her meticulous attention to detail guarantees a beautifully decorated wedding cake to fit the most elegant of occasions.  She offers many types of decorating with buttercream icing, rolled fondant icing, and rolled white chocolate and dark chocolate fondant to complement her wide selection of distinctive cake flavors.

When you make your personal appointment with Chris, you will be able to sample a wide variety of cake flavors and view her large portfolio of cake photos and books. She will discuss your ideas and design every detail of your cake to make it unique for your special day. It is advised that you book early as Chris is in high demand and takes a limited number of weddings each weekend.  In appreciation, you will receive the gift of a free Anniversary tier on your first Anniversary (with a minimum of a 130 servings in your wedding cake).

Chris has received training from numerous well known decorators and continues to educate herself on the latest decorating techniques. She has been a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe, "ICES" for 14 years. She was WI State Representative for 2 years and was elected to the ICES Board of Directors and served a 3 year term from 2003 to 2006.  She attends the ICES annual convention and stays up to date on the latest Sugar Art techniques and has been in business for 19 years.
